Orders & Deliveries
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order any time up until it is shipped. Orders are shipped daily, Monday to Friday. Please contact us before 4pm on the day it is due to cancel the order.
If the order has already shipped you are still welcome to return it for a full refund, please check our returns policy for more information.
Can I change my order online after I have put it through?
Please call our care team on 01483 362065 as soon as possible to request this. If the order has not yet shipped it will be possible to make amendments. Please note, orders will be shipped by 4pm Monday to Friday.
Why haven't I received an email to confirm my order?
An email is automatically sent to you to confirm your order. If you have not received this, please check your spam or junk folder. If you need another copy sent by email please get in touch and we will arrange this for you.
What payment types do you take?
You can pay for your purchases using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email that will show your tracking number. If you have entered your mobile & email address you may also receive updates of your parcels progress.
Do your products include VAT?
Yes, our website always shows prices that include VAT when applicable. As goods are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom, UK VAT rates always apply.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There are a few reasons this could have happened. Please double-check that you have entered your card details correctly. Please also make sure that the billing address on the card matches the billing address on the order you are placing.

Can I place my order over the phone?
To get the best aftercare experience, we encourage you to place your order through our website or mobile site.
Should you experience issues with ordering online, we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Please contact us on 01483 362065 where our team will be happy to help you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Paypal for orders placed over the phone.
What are your delivery charges

Do you deliver to my Country?
Instant Effects deliver our products worldwide.
Are Instant Effects products tested on animals?
No. Instant Effects are against animal cruelty and none of our products are tested on animals.
Do your products contain parabens?
No, Instant Effects products are all paraben free.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
While we cannot advise on your individual case, many women have enjoyed using our products during pregnancy, and we have been advised that some have found they have been beneficial in reducing the damage to the skin caused by pregnancy.
We do advise that you consult with your doctor on the use of any products during pregnancy for specific medical advice.
Are your products vegan?
AM Energiser & PM Recovery are both vegan friendly.
Other Instant Effects products contain collagen which means they are not vegan.

What if I have forgotten my password?
When you created your customer account, you provided a password reminder. Simply click on the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link on the register or login page you will be able to request to reset your password.
